Service Drive Coordinator BMW of West St. Louis BMW of West St. Louis is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Drive Coordinator to join our high-performing team. This is a key position in creating a smooth, premium experience for our service guests every day. What You'll Do: Greet and direct customers arriving on the service drive to their Service Advisor. Manage service drive traffic to ensure an organized and efficient flow. Maintain a clean, professional, and safe service drive area. Park and move customer vehicles as needed. Assist Service Advisors with daily operations and customer needs. Support customers during vehicle pick-up and drop-off. Perform basic vehicle checks (fluid top-offs, tire pressure checks, etc.). Occasionally assist with picking up or delivering vehicles to customers' homes or offices. What We're Looking For: Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Team player with a commitment to excellent customer service. Why Suntrup?
