Your role as a regional manager includes: Manage a portfolio and motivate a sales team Create and develop lasting relationships with vendors and staff Implement a competitive marketing strategy Work with the owners to identify property goals and objectives Implement effective cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency management Work with community managers on yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans Effectively maximize rental income Ensure all required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner Train and motivate associates to achieve sales goals Maintain thorough product knowledge on all properties and that of major competition Ensure that the established policies and procedures are within the company's policies Qualifications: 2 to 3 years as a regional property manager Atlanta based Possess advanced bookkeeping knowledge and perform general accounting functions Understanding of current legal responsibilities of the properties Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Professional appearance and demeanor Knowledge of OneSite strongly encouraged, ops technology required Must have lease up experience Behaviors: Required: Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Preferred: Innovative: Consistently introduces new ideas and demonstrates original thinking Preferred: Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Preferred: Thought Provoking: Capable of making others think deeply on a subject Preferred: Functional Expert: Considered a thought leader on a subject Motivations: Preferred: Entrepreneurial Spirit: Inspired to perform well by an ability to drive new ventures within the business Preferred: Growth Opportunities: Inspired to perform well by the chance to take on more responsibility Preferred: Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help Preferred: Financial: Inspired to perform well by monetary reimbursement Preferred: Ability to Make an Impact: Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization Education: Preferred: Bachelors or better in real estate or related field Experience: Required: 2 years: Regional Property Manager Equal opportunity employer.
