The Neurologist (Physician) is responsible for managing the full spectrum of patient care in both outpatient and inpatient care settings of Neurology to evaluate, diagnose, consult, and order appropriate diagnostic studies and treatments for patients. The incumbent will provide consultative evaluations and treatments to patients referred from other sections of the hospital and/or affiliated VA outpatient clinics and perform administrative functions and other tasks as assigned by the Associate Chief of Staff of Acute Medical Service.
