Your Role as a Customer Service Representative: You'll be the heartbeat of our agency-building strong, lasting customer relationships while delivering expert insurance advice tailored to their needs. Licensed (or working toward licensing) in Texas for Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance (PREFERRED). Experience in insurance sales or customer service representative is a plus!
