What You ll Bring: NBCRNA Certification and Board Certification required.SC State License or eligibility to obtain one.Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.Minimum of 1 year of clinical anesthesia experience.DEA license in good standing.Proficiency in anesthesia techniques and equipment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.Nice to Have: Experience with Epic EMR documentation.Familiarity with general, OBGYN, ENT, and orthopedic anesthesia procedures.Prior experience in outpatient or acute care environments.Strong communication and critical thinking skills.Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing with specialization in Nurse Anesthesia.At least one year of recent anesthesia practice.Other Requirements: Must pass all required vaccinations.Ability to respond to call-back requests within 30-45 minutes.Willingness to work scheduled day shifts with rotational call coverage, including weekend and evening shifts.Call participation (home call every two weeks), with flexible scheduling rotating between 4x10-hour and 5x8-hour shifts.Support staff includes one anesthesia technician.Department handles approximately 200 patients aged 15-100 daily, utilizing anesthesia equipment for general, OB-GYN, ENT, and orthopedic procedures.Compensation: Hourly Rate: $239.46 (all-inclusive)OT/Holiday Weeknight Call Rate: $600 flatWeeknight Call Back Rate: $414.4524-hour Call Rate: $1,000 flat24-hour Call Back Rate: $414.45/hr (minimum 2 hours when called in)Benefits: Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit payments.Comprehensive medical benefits for W-2 employees.Robust referral bonus program.Paid sick leave per applicable laws.Reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and related expenses.24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success.This is your chance to advance your anesthesia career in a supportive, fast-paced environment that values your expertise.
