Full Time Physical Therapist We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices, with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients in an outpatient clinical setting. This role is essential in helping patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall quality of life. Duties: Assess patient conditions through comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and function. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for managing conditions at home. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development. Participate in team meeting events. Experience: A degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution is required. A valid physical therapy license in the state of NJ. Proven knowledge of anatomy and physical therapy techniques is essential. Experience in geriatrics, acute care, home health, or clinical settings is preferred. Familiarity with developing care plans and understanding of healthcare systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations are necessary for success in this role.
