Executive Assistant The Executive Assistant is a key partner in driving Intel's success by providing professional, proactive, and executive-level administrative support. In this role, you will enable the seamless operation of a dynamic and fast-paced environment by managing critical schedules, logistics, and organizational tasks for senior and executive-level staff. Your collaboration and organizational skills will directly contribute to the efficient functioning of Intel's leadership team, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and business impact. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendar schedules effectively, ensuring alignment with priorities and deadlines, while coordinating logistics across multiple time zones and teams. Organize and facilitate meetings, events, and conferences, including preparation of agendas, stakeholder coordination, and recording minutes as needed. Book and manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas and expense reporting, in compliance with Intel's travel policies. Support organizational health initiatives by coordinating recognition programs, team building activities, and quarterly events. Draft, proofread, and format correspondence and presentation materials using advanced software tools. Collaborate with administrative staff across departments to maintain organizational charts, distribution lists, and divisional logistics. Operate as a liaison for policies and procedures, providing guidance and communication to ensure alignment and compliance. Mentor and onboard new administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. Proactively identify and address operational challenges, applying sound judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. 7+ years of experience in executive-level administrative support. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Expertise in managing executive-level calendar scheduling and complex travel arrangements. Demonstrated capability using tools such as Concur, Workday, SharePoint, and Teams. Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or higher in any field of study. Familiarity with Intel-specific tools, including My Travel, Purchasing Services, and My Expenses. Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment. Demonstrated ability to foster strong working relationships and provide leadership within administrative teams. Independent initiative and problem-solving skills to anticipate business needs and recommend solutions.
