Administrative Assistant Contract Location: Northridge, CA (Onsite, MondayFriday) Pay Rate: $25$26/hour DOE Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours Start: ASAP Overview: Our client in the Northridge area is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time onsite temporary assignment. This role will support daily administrative operations, manage data-heavy tasks, and partner with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting. The ideal candidate has strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and data cleaning. Key Responsibilities: Perform general administrative and clerical support duties Manage data entry, data clean-up, and spreadsheet organization Build and update Excel reports, including pivot tables Maintain accurate records and documentation Support staff with daily operational needs and project tasks Coordinate internal communication, scheduling, and file management Assist with additional duties as assigned to support the team Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong administrative and office support background Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data cleaning, report updates) High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work fully onsite MondayFriday Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Cynthia Varela Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
