What You'll Do Perform full-system residential and commercial air duct cleaning Operate negative air machines, agitation tools, and HEPA filtration systems Clean registers, vents, and dryer vents Maintain clean, organized job sites Communicate clearly with customers about scope and results Assist with carpet cleaning and water damage mitigation jobs when needed (training to be provided to earn more income.) What We're Looking For Minimum 2+ years air duct cleaning experience (Required) Experience in carpet cleaning or water damage restoration (Preferred) Knowledge of HVAC systems and airflow principles NADCA certification (Preferred but not required) IICRC certifications (WRT or CCT) a plus but not needed Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas Professional appearance and strong customer service skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance bonuses & upselling incentives Overtime opportunities Paid training and certification support Advancement opportunities into lead technician or restoration roles Stable, year-round work Why Join Us?
