Temp-to-Perm Front Desk Admin A well-established company in Farmingdale, NY is seeking a professional and reliable Front Desk Administrator for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys being the first point of contact in an office environment. Location: Farmingdale, NY Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Pay Rate: $22/hour Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm Responsibilities: Greet visitors and manage front desk operations Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination Maintain office organization and order common areas Provide general administrative support as needed Qualifications: Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role Professional demeanor with strong communication skills Comfortable handling phones and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite full-time Why This Role: Opportunity to transition to a permanent position Consistent full-time schedule Great exposure to a professional office setting Interested candidates should be available to interview and start ASAP.
