The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the enterprise technology strategy, aligning platform investments with growth outcomes, and driving innovation through AI, automation, and intelligent data systems. This executive will own the marketing technology ecosystem, including CMS/DXP platforms, marketing automation, personalization tools, and analytics, and will lead the evolution of a large-scale CRM ecosystem, transforming it into an omnichannel engagement platform. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in enterprise technology, deep expertise in marketing technology, CRM platforms, and digital experience ecosystems, and significant experience with Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning applications within marketing and customer engagement, as well as a history of supporting large-scale customer-facing operations. Operational excellence is key, with a focus on establishing governance, overseeing vendor relationships, and defining KPIs for platform performance.
