Production Lead 2nd Shift Job Category: Material Handler Requisition Number: PRODU010201 Posted: March 31, 2025 Full-Time On-site Location: Norwalk, CA 90650, USA Job Details Summary: In the position of Production Lead you will be responsible for assisting the Production Supervisor with daily functions relevant to the departments productivity and personnel scheduling. Aid in monitoring the production floor, ensuring high quality product is produced and all employees have their daily tasks. Assist with training new employees and following all company and safety policies & procedures. Essential Job Functions: Support the Production Management team with daily functions relevant to the departments productivity and personnel scheduling. Train new personnel to ensure they understand their job duties correctly and they perform the job at the highest standard. Sets up production lines at the beginning of each shift, with guidance from production management, allowing for production to start as soon as employees arrive. Oversee staff in the department and assign tasks according to day to day requests.
