Packager I The Packager I ensures all shipping orders are accurately and efficiently processed to customer requirements. Work is performed under general supervision. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with customer service to ensure customer satisfaction Picking of inventory to accurately fulfill orders Verify shipping instructions and shipper packet information Effectively package finished products manually, or using various packaging equipment, in order of importance based on provided dashboards Stocking of supply orders Always adheres to company safety standards Always maintains security and confidentiality of all files Additional eligibility qualifications: Dependable and independent worker Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety protocols Must have an acceptable criminal history background check Must pass a drug test Physical Demands: Must be able to regularly lift and carry 20-pound items Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50-pound items Must be able to access and navigate the production facility Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and stretching Position type and expected hours of work: Full-time, Monday - Friday 2nd Shift 3:00 pm to 11:00pm Monday through Friday occasional Saturday, as needed Ability to work overtime is required Work Environment: The work performed is in a warehouse environment Working around machinery with moving parts Working in close proximity to others Must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment Team Player: Works well as a member of a group Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Growth Opportunities: Inspired to perform well by the chance to take on more responsibility
