About the Role Works in conjunction with the Customer Success Manager and Implementation Managers for existing case reenrollments. Core responsibility is gathering and inputting all required information needed to set up and implement re-enrolling cases into our key administration systems. In addition, assists with implementation and client services reporting and service assistance as needed. Key Accountabilities Develops and manages client implementation project plans for existing implementations. Coordinates with internal and external partners to ensure appropriate timeframes are established and key timelines are met throughout the implementation process. Establishes self to producers and enrollment partners as point of contact for standard reenrollment case set-up. Orders enroller supplies ensuring shipping guidelines are followed. Assists in answering questions related to data entry for cases they are assigned. Runs implementation-related reports assigned during implementation. Generates rate sheets, as needed, for assigned cases during implementation. Handles non-implementation related requests upon assignment by management; non-implementation requests may include but are not limited to ad hoc reports, rates sheets, project support work, etc). Other duties/projects as needed/assigned. Minimum Requirements Associates degree or 2-4 years comparable Voluntary/ Worksite marketplace experience. Solid interpersonal effectiveness. Ability to develop relationships and handle conflict with external and internal parties. Strong oral/ written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate an email. Ability to travel up to 15%. May include occasional weekend travel. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) as well as quick ability to learn and use additional internal systems. Demonstrated proficiency in the following areas: Solid analytical skills and detail oriented, Ability to take initiative and be creative with solution while still maintaining high quality standards, Strong organizational skills using a disciplined approach to activities and projects; Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time within tight timeframes, and the ability to solve problems and escalated when appropriate to ensure swift resolution. The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois): $28.40 - $41.03 per hour The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
