Operations Supervisor LHH Recruitment is working with a large construction company in Tempe who is in search of a full time operations supervisor to join their team. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. The salary is between $75,000-$85,000. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in HVAC operations who understands both the technical and service sides of the business. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient scheduling, exceptional customer service delivery, and smooth day-to-day operational performance. Candidates must have prior HVAC dispatch or technician experience, along with proven leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of customer service representatives and dispatchers Oversee daily scheduling of HVAC technicians to maximize efficiency and service levels Ensure accurate job dispatching, routing, and technician utilization Monitor call volume, response times, and service performance metrics Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently Collaborate with field technicians to ensure clear communication and operational alignment Implement process improvements to enhance workflow and productivity Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence Qualifications Required: HVAC dispatch or HVAC technician experience Required: Prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong understanding of HVAC service operations and scheduling logistics Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with dispatching software and CRM systems preferred Strong organizational and team-building skills Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year Search managed by: Cassandra Nienow Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
