Real Estate Receptionist The Real Estate Receptionist will assist all real estate sales executives as well as assist with any additional needs requested by the Office Manager or Broker in Charge. This position is the first point of contact for customers/guests/clients of Wild Dunes Real Estate and is therefore responsible for providing accurate information to all whom inquire. Responsibilities Essential Responsibilities: Answer telephones, check messages and transfer calls to the appropriate person throughout the day Set up showing appointments for outside agents who want to see our listings as well as make appointments for our sales executives who want to see outside listings if needed Log all showing appointments and update sales executives when their listings have been shown Greet customers and direct them to appropriate place if not interested in real estate Keep front office fully stocked with magazines, maps, flyers and office supplies Assist Office Manager with general office duties as needed Assist Sales Executives with daily, individual needs Assist Broker in Charge with duties as needed Keep copies of all inventory and all necessary paperwork stocked at all times Search MLS system as requested by the sales executives Search Brivity database for customer information as requested by sales executives Distributes mail, messages or packages to appropriate recipients Be knowledgeable of events and appropriate staff around the resort Other Duties/Responsibilities Report all safety hazards and suspicious activities to security Adhere to department and resort office policies Knows all safety and emergency procedures and their role in assisting during these times Attend all required meetings Qualifications Knowledge/Experience: Experience in the real estate industry is preferred, but not necessary. Technical proficiency in computers including Microsoft applications, telephones, fax machines and scanners is preferred.
