Hilco Vision's portfolio includes Prescription Safety, Lens care, Eyewear Accessories, Lab & Dispensing Products, Dry Eye Solutions, Vision Testing Equipment, Pharmaceuticals, and Diagnostic Exam & Surgical Supplies. Hilco Vision is searching for an organized, team-focused HR Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll support onboarding, employee data management, and day-to-day HR operations all while helping create positive employee experience. This role will be working 5 days a week; M-F 8am-4:30pm, on site in our facility located in Fairfield, OH. Qualifications 2+ years of HR or administrative experience, preferably within a manufacturing facility Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Comfortable working in an HRIS System (UKG or similar) Must be proficient utilizing the MS Office Suite Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Positive, flexible, can-do attitude. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming environment Manage office supplies, conference room scheduling as needed, and general site coordination Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation, including creating folders, issuing badges, assigning lockers, and completing E-Verify Coordinate visitor check-ins, mail distribution, and other on-site support activities Enter and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (new hires, manual temporary employee entries, E-verify, changes, terminations) Support time and attendance processes in HR System Reset passwords and troubleshoot employee system access issues Assist in initiatives that enhance employee morale, such as recognition programs, events and internal communications Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Provide overall administrative support to HR team members both on-site and virtually Benefits Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off 401K Savings plan Robust EAP program Employee referral bonus PPE provided by organization Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
