Armed Security Officer

Armed Security Officer We are seeking reliable and experienced Armed Security Officers to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will help to manage and oversee client locations throughout the Hampton Roads area. This is a Full Time 40 hour per week position. The pay rate for this position is $18-20 per hour. Responsibilities: Training new guards and helping them acclimate to their designated site Conduct both random and routine site visits to inspect and supervise officers Discipline officers if company policies are violated Check in with location managers during post inspections Daily communication with District Manager Assist Security Officers with any on-site issues Fill-in for any open shifts in case of call-offs or other scheduling issues Qualifications: At least 21 years of age Active Armed DCJS at the time of hire 3 years of prior supervisor, law enforcement, or military experience MUST be available to work on weekends as needed Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record Ability to pass background check High school diploma or GED equivalent Benefits: Health Insurance Schedule: FT 40 hours per week
