Safety Manager We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Safety Manager to join our South Florida team and help shape safe, successful outcomes on some of the region's most impressive construction projects. In this role, you'll be a trusted safety leader on large-scale projects exceeding $100 million, including high-rise residential, justice, education, mixed-use, hospitality, and other high-profile developments. You'll partner closely with project teams and trade partners to foster a culture where safety isn't just a requirementit's a shared value. What You'll Do As Safety Manager, you'll be at the heart of our jobsite safety culture, leading by example and empowering others to do the same. Champion and review project safety protocols to ensure full compliance with company standards and all regulatory requirements Serve as a go-to safety expert for project teams and trade partners, offering clear guidance on environmental, health, and safety practices Act as a subject matter expert on safety-related regulatory and legislative matters Lead engaging safety orientation sessions for new team members Conduct and support safety and compliance inspections across the jobsite Facilitate daily site safety meetings that are practical, collaborative, and impactful Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and employee concerns with a solutions-focused mindset Drive corrective actions and lead post-incident reviews to continuously improve outcomes Maintain accurate and timely safety documentation, including incident reports, inspection forms, and TRIR calculations What You Bring Required Experience & Skills At least 2 years of construction safety experience Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and inspections CHST or STS certification Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsyou're approachable, clear, and confident Strong organizational and planning abilities A high level of professionalism and confidentiality Preferred Qualifications Additional experience in the Safety and Health field Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification Experience with OCIP/CCIP programs First Aid/CPR Instructor certification Familiarity with the Intelex Data Management System Where You'll Work This role is based primarily in a construction site job trailer environment, supporting large, complex, and highly visible projects. You'll report to the Regional Safety Manager and General Superintendent, working as part of a collaborative leadership team. Your first assignment may be located in Miami Lakes, Pompano, or Boynton Beach, with opportunities to grow across the region as new projects come online. Why Join Us?
