Youll receive: License reimbursement Referral bonuses Comprehensive health insurance Certification reimbursement Weekly pay Sick pay Travel reimbursement Key Responsibilities of the Labor & Delivery RN: Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to laboring, antepartum, and postpartum patients Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, including OR preparation and recovery Monitor fetal heart tones, maternal vitals, and labor progression Administer medications and manage epidural and induction protocols Collaborate closely with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, and NICU teams Respond to obstetric emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Requirements of the Labor & Delivery RN: Active NJ RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start) BLS and NRP required Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience Strong clinical assessment skills and comfort managing high-acuity obstetric patients Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities Why Work in Morristown, NJ?
