Guest Room Attendant

AM Guestroom Attendant Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Guestroom Attendant who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. Our Guestroom Attendants are responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms (including fixtures and equipment) or private residences, ensuring all standards have been met and any deficiencies corrected (if needed) before guest occupancy. This position reports to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Director of Housekeeping. U.S. work authorization is required for this position. Key Elements of the Job Maintains cleanliness of all guest rooms and/or private residences vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of all guestroom surfaces (including mirrors, furniture, floors, bathroom fixtures, etc.) ensuring they are streak and mark-free Monitors guestroom equipment to ensure all items are in working order Completes assigned number of rooms to clean during a shift Participates in the detail cleaning of guestrooms as assigned in accordance with the hotel's Perfect Room Program (PRP). Removes and replaces dirty towels and sheets with clean product from the linen storage closets.
