Administrative Assistant II This is a professional level position located in the Department of Revenue's Office of Workforce Management (OWM) that is responsible for providing administrative support to all business processes within OWM. Duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not necessarily limited to: Managing front desk operations, including answering and directing incoming calls and greeting customers. Monitoring OWM email accounts and routing emails to the appropriate business process. Handling all purchasing activities for OWM. Coordinating and processing travel requests and completing travel-related documentation. Preparing letters, certificates, and other correspondence as directed by management. Assisting with employee program activities, such as food drives, blood drives, and recognition. Conducting property inventory and surplus. Minimum requirements: At least two years of professional administrative support experience in an office setting. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint). Preferences: Administrative support experience in a human resources office. Experience using MyFloridaMarketplace/Ariba on Demand to make purchases of goods or services and maintaining documentation. Experience coordinating and processing state employee travel. Experience with SharePoint or SharePoint Online.
