Pay rate: Starting at $17.50 p/h with a 90-day increase based on performance! Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently. Organize, replenish, and maintain inventory stock. Process returns and manage outbound shipments. Operate light warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners, mobile devices, and pallet jacks. Stack totes and organize carts to maintain workflow. Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines. Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area. Education & Qualifications: Basic: Some high school coursework completed. Preferred: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Preferred: Cherry picker experience Fluent in English. Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order processing. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Capable of continuous walking on concrete surfaces. Perform physical activities including climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, reaching above/below, pushing, pulling, twisting, and standing for extended periods. Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, from cool winter conditions to warm summer environments.
