Organization: VHS - CTCS Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the office by managing data spreadsheets, maintaining monthly VHS goals, and ensuring all documents remain accurate and up to date. This role is responsible for monitoring upcoming calendar events, tracking project timelines, and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. The assistant will attend meetings and record minutes as needed, assist with document preparation, and develop slides for presentations. Additional responsibilities may include ad hoc tasks and special projects based on the needs of the medical center. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Preferred Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience using Microsoft Visio. Strong scheduling and calendar management capabilities. Project management experience or demonstrated ability to support project workflows. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong time-management skills and a deadline-driven work style. Flexibility and the ability to pivot quickly as priorities change. Key Responsibilities: Performs a variety of administrative support which may include scheduling, booking travel, expense processing and purchasing. Compiles, coordinate and assist in the collection, processing and submission of data. Prepares reports and other documentation as requested by area. Creates and maintains accurate documents and records. The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned.
