Program Manager Onsite Deerfield Beach, FL Full-Time | Direct Hire $90,000 $150,000 (negotiable based on experience) Paladin/SNI Technology is hiring a Program Manager for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a leading communications technology company based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Position Overview The Program Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of sales and engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and technical expertise in engineering project delivery. Marine, manufacturing or telecommunications industry is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple moderate to large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate design elements and deliverables with engineering teams to meet specified objectives. Ensure all project activities align with contract requirements and support schedule, scope, and budget goals. Prepare and maintain complete project documentation, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Conduct internal planning and tracking meetings to manage deliverables and timelines. Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Sales, Quality, Procurement, and Project Management teams. Interpret contract specifications and resolve technical or contractual issues with stakeholders. Participate in client and internal meetings, addressing engineering and management issues as needed. Track and communicate project milestones, risks, and delays across teams. Identify process gaps, lessons learned, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelors degree in electrical, Electronic, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience. Experience supporting DoD or government programs Experience in Marine or Communications Systems preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Visio, MS Excel, or similar tools PMP Certification preferred. Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong understanding of marine industry standards and regulatory requirements. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.
