Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate jobs from start to finish, managing up to 1216 technicians Ensure safety protocols, quality control, and job documentation are met on every site Oversee job setup, daily production, and equipment use Communicate clearly with clients, adjusters, and the internal office team Coach team members, resolve field issues, and support performance reviews Perform vehicle and equipment checks; manage materials and jobsite logistics Requirements: IICRC WRT & ASD certifications (required) 1+ years of experience leading restoration or construction crews Valid driver's license and insurable under company policy Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces or confined areas Must be able to take on-call duty one week each month Compensation & Benefits: $22$26/hour based on experience Health insurance Quarterly bonuses Paid vacation and PTO Career advancement within a growing team
