Top Agent Realty is looking for a polished and enthusiastic Administrative Support Specialist to become the operational backbone of our Troy, MI office. This is a full-time, on-site role where no two days are the same you'll be at the center of a high-energy, client-focused small team that values your contributions and is committed to your long-term growth and success. Compensation $17-20/ hr , based on experience and qualifications. What You'll Do Serve as the welcoming, professional first point of contact for clients managing phone calls, emails, and in-office visits with warmth and poise Keep the office running at peak efficiency by managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and organizing daily operations Maintain meticulous client records, transaction files, and administrative documentation with a high level of accuracy Support seamless transaction coordination through Dotloop and MLS platforms, ensuring all paperwork is completed on time and to standard Prepare polished listing materials, marketing collateral, and presentations using Canva and Microsoft Office Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking to support smooth financial operations Facilitate clear, timely communication across the office and with clients throughout the transaction process Provide versatile administrative support to the team, adapting quickly to shifting priorities Help cultivate a professional, welcoming office environment that reflects our brand and values What We're Looking For 12 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or customer-facing role (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Hands-on experience with Canva, MLS platforms, Dotloop, or other real estate tools is a strong advantage Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat A client-first mindset with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment A collaborative team player who brings positive energy and an entrepreneurial spirit to everything they do Prior experience in real estate or a related field is a plus but a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn matter most Why Top Agent Realty?
