Job Summary: As an Open-Source Intelligence Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and prioritizing targets of interest utilizing open source information, crafting detailed targeting packages that will guide collection, analysis, and operational endeavors. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough OSINT investigations and create targeting packages, including detailed profiles on identities or networks of significance. Address the OSINT requests from the Request for Information function with timely and specialized analysis. Manage urgent taskers efficiently to ensure prompt responses at an executive level. Perform social network analysis to outline relationships, influence networks, and potential threat actors, emphasizing forensic techniques such as digital footprint tracing and evidence-based collection methods. Support cryptocurrency-related investigations integrated into your targeting package. Conduct geolocation investigations from open sources as part of the targeting package. Evaluate source reliability while focusing on cross-verification, bias identification, and counteracting disinformation. This role may require some weekend work or on-call support during non-regular hours for special events as needed. Leverage Federated OSINT databases to construct comprehensive target profiles. Employ targeting methodologies to generate actionable intelligence. Prepare and deliver briefings on targeting packages to decision-makers while collaborating with collectors and analysts to refine tasks. Requirements: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required. BA degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree. Proficiency in geospatial targeting systems, such as Google Earth Pro with KML overlays or ArcGIS. Capability to utilize targeting methodologies to produce actionable intelligence. Ability to present targeting packages effectively to decision-makers and work collaboratively with collectors and analysts. Experience with intelligence community OSINT tools and classified databases. Familiarity with publicly available OSINT analysis tools. Aptitude for analyzing unstructured data from diverse sources to detect trends and emerging threats. Capacity to operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Proficiency in link-analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook for comprehensive intelligence package creation. Desired Experience: Familiarity with InDesign/Adobe, Microsoft Suite tools, Palantir, blockchain data, managed attribution browsers, and PAI/CAI datasets. Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python) for automation of target identification in unclassified settings. Knowledge of geolocation data and blockchain analysis.
