Assist clients with bathing, showering, and personal hygiene tasks. Support clients with exercise routines and assist physical therapists with rehabilitation efforts when appropriate. Teach clients and their families self-care techniques to enhance daily living. Help clients prepare for medical appointments. Assist with lifting, turning, and weighing clients as needed. Record and report vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and respiration, as assigned. Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is strongly preferred. Must be listed in good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry in your state. At least 1 year of experience in home health or hospice care. A minimum of 1 year of full-time direct care experience in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility). Ability to understand the needs of clients, maintain positive relationships, and communicate effectively with supervisors.
