Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager who will lead the implementation of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services. Your main responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end delivery of NetSuite application implementations while adhering to our established delivery methodology. You'll ensure projects remain within the defined scope, time, and budget while providing top-notch customer satisfaction. The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing multiple projects, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. From planning to execution, you'll handle key tasks including stakeholder management, documentation, and delivering project milestones to meet client expectations. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management within IT or consulting environments. Exceptional client-facing abilities with a proven track record of relationship building. Proficient at managing multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment. Outstanding communication skills, including effective presentation and meeting management. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Effective risk management and escalation skills. Adept at interacting with C-level stakeholders. Ability to work independently alongside a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Expertise in project management methodologies, including work-breakdown structures and project planning, particularly with Microsoft Project. Solid experience in steering ERP and CRM implementations; familiarity with NetSuite or competitors is a bonus. Project Management certifications such as PMP are a plus. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate a commitment to an excellent customer experience on every project. Build and maintain strong client relationships through extraordinary results. Oversee the delivery of 5+ concurrent projects following the NetSuite delivery methodology. Plan and manage project progress, ensuring milestones are met and maintaining momentum. Proactively identify and manage project risks. Facilitate the resolution of issues and escalations as necessary. Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders, including sponsors and team members. Collaborate with delivery leads and project teams to ensure success. Manage project scope, budget, timeline, resources, quality, and satisfaction levels. Effectively coordinate with remote resources in a matrix environment. Compensation and Benefits: Hiring Range: $70,600 to $141,200 annually, with potential for bonuses and equity.
