Flexible Paid Time Off that you can use guilt-free. Basic Clinical Requirements: Quality post-graduate hospital experience including: Small animal general practice with consistent mentorship. Emergency room experience with mentorship support. Completion of an intensive internship program. Ability to work independently while being supported by the IndeVets community. Minimum availability of 25 hours per week. Active veterinary license/DEA license/CDS license (if applicable) or the ability to obtain one in the state where you wish to work. Full-time associates start at just 34 hours per week, with part-time at 25 hours weekly. Hourly rates range from $70.00 to $77.00, with additional opportunities to earn more through shifts that offer increased pay. Your total compensation is determined based on your location and years of experience, with potential earnings exceeding six figures for full-time roles, not including supplemental shift opportunities.
