Key Services Include: Strategy, Architecture, Planning, and Procurement Business Enablement Business Solutions Project Assurance We are in search of a Director focused on delivering exceptional management consulting services and capitalizing on business development opportunities in the State Government market. You will be responsible for cultivating partner relationships, identifying potential projects, and developing proposals that align with client needs. In this leadership role, you will collaborate with senior executives in public sector environments to implement or advise on transformative software solutions. A broad understanding of technology is essential, and familiarity with big data, coding, project management, technical writing, and cloud services is highly beneficial. The Director will oversee a team, taking charge of recruiting, hiring, and developing talent to bolster the Business Unit and Practice Area. You will be accountable for ensuring the team achieves financial targets while fostering a collaborative and energetic work culture in the dynamic field of management consulting. Core Competencies Required: Business Development: Proficient in client management and sales to expand existing projects and generate new ones while leading proposal responses for RF(x)'s. Resource Management: Skilled in hiring, developing, and retaining staff to create a diverse and talented team. Collaboration: Ability to gain support for opportunities, proposals, and projects, actively contributing to the growth of the Business Unit and Practice Area. Risk Management: Oversee strategic, financial, and operational risks, integrating quality management, project management, and client satisfaction skills. Project Delivery: Lead or engage in project delivery activities, including analysis, deliverable creation, and communication of project performance. Qualifications: Must reside in the Midwest region of the U.S., with a preference for candidates in Nebraska and Minnesota. A minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on technology. At least 6 years of experience in developing, bidding, and securing public sector management consulting services with increasing leadership roles. 6+ years of experience delivering a combination of State Government services, including planning, procurement, project management, or Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with a fiscal book value of $1-2M per year. Proven leadership in hiring and developing a high-performing team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with enthusiasm and political savvy to achieve objectives while maintaining a positive presence. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university. Preferred: PMP certification This is a hybrid position requiring some travel to the office or client locations for meetings. To excel at PCG, you must: Be available during your designated working hours. Have a safe and distraction-free workspace. Be able to fully engage in your work responsibilities. Compensation: Compensation varies based on a range of factors including office location, specific role, skill set, and experience level. As per applicable law, PCG indicates the following reasonable compensation range for this role: $135,000-$165,000. In addition, we offer comprehensive benefits including medical and dental care, 401k, PTO, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
