Job Summary The Strategic Program Coordinator plays a vital role in designing, coordinating, and executing strategic programs that drive our organization's business objectives and foster cross-functional collaboration. This position manages multiple complex initiatives, oversees deliverables, and ensures resource allocation is optimized for maximum impact and efficiency. Utilizing data-driven analysis, the Strategic Program Coordinator assesses progress, identifies potential risks, and provides insightful recommendations to senior leadership. By promoting collaboration across teams and ensuring compliance with organizational policies, this role enhances operational effectiveness, drives continuous improvement, and supports long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage strategic programs that align with our organizational goals and foster growth and transformation. Lead cross-functional project teams, establishing clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables while cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Coordinate resource allocation and manage operational budgets for assigned programs in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Monitor, track, and report on program performance and outcomes using data-driven metrics, providing regular updates and actionable advice to senior leadership. Work closely with key stakeholders across departments to streamline processes, enhance workflows, and improve program execution and customer satisfaction. Establish clear governance structures for programs, defining roles and responsibilities and implementing accountability measures for successful delivery. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures while proactively managing program risks with robust strategies and contingency planning. Oversee the development of program training and enablement materials, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and best practices. Act as a liaison between project teams, executives, and senior leaders, facilitating communication and decision-making to achieve strategic objectives. Support talent development within program teams, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, and engagement to cultivate strong relationships and a high-performing environment. Skill Level Requirements Intermediate understanding of contracts and statements of work. Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Project, and Visio. Intermediate ability to communicate and collaborate with executives and leaders on strategic initiatives. Intermediate understanding of Information Technology products and solutions. Intermediate skills in cultivating effective relationships with business partners. Other Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in program or project management, business, or a similar area. Willingness to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events up to 25% of the time. The estimated annual pay range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000, including base salary and bonus. Compensation varies based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Benefits include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
