The national salary range for this position is $62,500 - $70,000. In California, salaries range from $70,304 - $82,000, while positions in Washington offer $80,169 - $82,000. As an Operations Supervisor, you will: Lead and inspire a diverse team of frontline associates, providing coaching and support to create a strong culture of teamwork and inclusion. Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, promoting a workplace that prioritizes safety and well-being. Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to assess performance, identify improvement areas, and present insights and recommendations to senior management. Encourage open communication and collaboration to ensure transparency and alignment within the team and leadership. Required qualifications include: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of operations experience in a leadership role is preferred. At least 1 year of experience in the logistics industry is preferred. Strong staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills are preferred.
