Job Description We're seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead & Architect with specialization in the Fusion AI Data Platform. This role combines technical expertise and leadership to drive innovative solutions for our clients, leveraging custom sources and analytics requirements. The ideal candidate will have: Advanced experience in developing and architecting solutions using the Fusion AI Data Platform (FAIDP, previously FDI). Expertise in enterprise data warehouse modeling and Oracle ETL tools is essential. Skills in semantic modeling and report design best practices are also required. In-depth knowledge of SaaS applications technology and OCI/PaaS technology. A solid understanding of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities. Exceptional communication, leadership, and management skills. Responsibilities As the Tech Lead, you'll utilize your technical and functional expertise alongside your leadership skills to ensure all technical aspects of projects are delivered successfully. Responsibilities include: Conducting familiarization sessions and workshops on relevant technical items. Leading the development of reporting and analytical strategies and architecture. Guiding customer, functional, and technical resources on related technical items. Ensuring adherence to quality processes and peer reviews. Monitoring project status, anticipating risks, escalating issues, and implementing mitigations to guarantee timely and budget-friendly delivery of technical scope. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance while maintaining productive relationships. Besides leading project initiatives, you will also support sales pursuits by conducting technical discovery sessions, collaborating on solution design and estimation, and participating in sales presentations that highlight our team's expertise and capabilities. Technical Skills Fusion AI Data Platform (FAIDP) expertise, particularly in pillars such as ERP, SCM, HCM, and CX. Demonstrated experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Strong data warehousing skills, particularly with ADW. Proficient in Oracle ETL Tools, including Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Transforms. Knowledge of AI/ML applications both on FAIDP and ADW. Familiarity with Fusion Technologies such as BICC, BI Publisher, and OTBI. Functional Skills Experience with functional concepts in SaaS modules related to expertise areas. A general understanding of functional processes and workflows. This role is essential for driving our clients' success with the fusion of data and artificial intelligence.
