A highly respected, sought after company is seeking a high-energy, people-focused HR Generalist to manage the employee onboarding, engagement, relations and performance management for their fulfillment center located in Shiremanstown. This is a critical, on-site role for a "boots-on-the-ground" leader who enjoys being present on the warehouse floor, building trust with our dedicated team of 100+ operators, and acting as a strategic partner to site leadership. Currently this consulting position is set to run through September 2026. salary: $27 - $29 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Partner closely with Site Managers and Team Leads to provide real-time coaching, guidance, and support for a 100-person fulfillment team. Manage complex employee relations cases, including conducting investigations, facilitating disciplinary actions, and overseeing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Execute onboarding and enrollment cycles every Thursday and Friday, ensuring new employees are welcomed and integrated seamlessly. Navigate terminations and offboarding logistics with empathy, professionalism, and strict adherence to legal compliance. Immerse yourself in the daily workflow of the fulfillment center to understand cultural nuances and proactively address morale or engagement opportunities. Collaborate daily with the Corporate HR team and the broader HR Specialist network to align site practices with organizational standards. Advise management on HR policies and legislative compliance (ADA, FMLA, Leave Management) to mitigate risk and support employee well-being. Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, ensuring all personnel data and people-related metrics are current and actionable.
