Operate sandblast equipment in a dusty environment while wearing full PPE Follow directions from leads or managers while working independently when needed Work productively and safely as part of a team in a fast-paced yard Move and position large steel parts using a forklift on uneven surfaces Read and follow basic blueprints and production instructions Maintain attention to detail to ensure consistent blasting results Support overall shop productivity by jumping into tasks where needed Take initiative to get work done efficiently and safely Assist with painting or powder coating when needed (a plus if you have prior experience) Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.
