Reports to: Commercial Marketing Manager This position would best suit a college student once school is out for the summer period. Overview/Function: The Marketing Intern role provides a practical, hands-on internship experience supporting marketing and sales efforts. At the conclusion of the internship, the student will be asked to present their findings and report on their experience. Major Responsibilities: Specific responsibilities will vary based upon the departments project needs and the student's interests and experience. Ensure professional demeanor with internal teams, customers, and visitors in order to favorably represent the company and iconic Coca-Cola brand image. Ethical conduct is expected at all times. Other related duties as required and assigned. Experience & Qualifications: High School degree, or GED and working towards a secondary education. General knowledge of marketing and sales principles. Customer-focused with the ability to positively and effectively interact with others. Good verbal and written communication skills is required. Strong problem-resolution and analytical thinking skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent team-player. Flexible with the ability to adapt to varying situations. Good computer skills (MS Office) are needed. Consistent, regular attendance is an essential job function. Additional: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some lifting, bending, twisting is needed. The ability to climb stairs is also needed. Occasional minimal travel may be needed to our multiple locations. The typical hours are Monday-Friday (8:00 am 5:00 pm).
