Key Responsibilities Include: Leading and developing restaurant managers through effective coaching and training on business operations, financial performance, staffing, and compliance. Ensuring clear communication of company goals and expectations to restaurant teams, engaging in follow-up for accountability. Building high-performing teams through recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development. Fostering a guest-centric environment to ensure excellent service and satisfaction. Implementing systems for regular compliance reporting and performance tracking across all locations. Proactively resolving issues and empowering teams to make informed decisions to enhance operational success. Analyzing competition and leveraging insights for business growth and marketing strategies. Communicating results and recognizing high performers, fostering a collaborative and rewarding environment. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all restaurants. This position offers flexible hours; however, availability for all shifts, including holidays and weekends, is required. Key Competencies: A minimum of five years of leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality management. Strong grasp of financial management to positively influence restaurant performance. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow up effectively with teams. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and spoken. Integrity, a positive demeanor, and a focus on mentorship and talent retention.
