The successful candidate will lead a branch and oversee Branch Managers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, efficient service aligned with our strategic objectives. This position is integral for fostering collaboration among clients, carriers, brokers, and sales teams, enhancing company visibility and expertise in the market. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of significant claims experience, including at least 8 years in a leadership role, demonstrating a solid track record of performance management, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include motivating performance to meet branch goals, leveraging analytics and technology to boost team efficiency, and effectively managing multiple priorities to ensure team success. The successful candidate will hold a High School Diploma and be appropriately licensed/certified in all states where claims are processed. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
