Job Summary Become a key player in our Content Strategy team as a Senior Specialist, where you will engage with experts across product development, technology, services, and commercial operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and leading transformative projects that address: Optimization: Enhance operational efficiency in capturing, processing, and delivering data across diverse business functions. Utilization: Maximize the value of Norstella data, exploring opportunities for new product development and commercial enhancement. Thought Partnership: Drive forward data strategy and client engagement, particularly in areas of clinical trials, site data, and patient recruitment. Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert on clinical and commercial data, providing strategic support to senior leadership. Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, fostering collaboration with leaders in Product, Services, Technology, and Data Science. Lead the development and scalable implementation of data-driven value propositions for clients. Update the executive leadership on priorities, progress, risks, and implications of strategic initiatives. Oversee the enhancement of clinical and related datasets, ensuring the capture of high-quality data. Identify and advocate for enhancements and impactful solutions within Norstella's data offerings. Manage the development of new content solutions, establishing rigorous testing and validation practices. Promote the use of AI in the creation and application of clinical and commercial data, prioritizing initiatives across Content and other business units. Ensure alignment within Content Operations on transformation efforts, including data strategy, operational excellence, and organizational structure. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in biopharma intelligence, business research, or life sciences consulting. Experience in clinical trials and site data management, along with expertise in patient engagement and recruitment. Deep understanding of life science data capture and its structuring into actionable content. Solid grasp of the drug development lifecycle and associated processes. Skilled in developing and executing business cases for strategic initiatives. Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and interpersonal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools such as Monday.com, LucidChart, Jira, and Confluence. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. We do not provide visa sponsorship or transfers. Currently, we are not accepting candidates on an OPT visa. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $170,000. Offers may vary based on skills, experience, education, and market conditions. Alongside a competitive salary and benefits package, successful candidates may also receive a discretionary bonus.
