Work model: On-Site What you will do: Maintain a deep understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and industry standards to ensure accurate estimating Set up, update, and maintain estimating software, ensuring all databases, system components, and pricing information are current and functional Analyze drawings and specifications, incorporate requirements into estimating software, generate reports, and distribute findings to Project Managers Work closely with Project Managers to review take-off data, job specifications, and project requirements, ensuring seamless execution Prepare and submit project bids within deadlines, adhering to industry guidelines and company standards What you will need to be successful: Possess a thorough understanding of the estimating manual 3+ years of experience with estimating, preferred in sheet metal Understanding of changes in material, equipment, and labor costs Bluebeam and Quote Express knowledge preferred Benefits overview: Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO 401k Interested and qualified candidates can contact Jordan Dougherty at (515) 225-7000 or email .
