Duties & Responsibilities Provides front-of-house and technical crew support to lead front-of-house and technical staff for general event preparation and day-of event management. The Event Staff - Tech Crew is responsible for: Enforces policies and procedures of The Clayton Center, and appropriately responds to client requests and needs Receives guests in a friendly manner and provides a facility point of contact Responds courteously to rental clients and other employees Assists with set up and break down of events and provides support to lead tech and lead event staff as needed Assists with other duties as assigned, including artist/performer load in and stage set up, and ushering as well as other tasks as directed by lead tech and lead event staff Special Requirements, Education & ExperienceAbility to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in interacting with clients and patrons in a friendly, helpful manner.
