Chiropractor (Clinic Director) - Seattle, WA Other Locations: Kent, Everett, Bellevue, Federal Way & Tukwila, WA Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Setting: Outpatient Chiropractic Clinic Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day Shift; some community/event flexibility as needed) Job Summary: We are seeking a high-performing, licensed Doctor of Chiropractic to serve as Clinic Director and oversee clinic operations, patient care, and team performance. This role is ideal for a growth-driven chiropractor seeking leadership responsibility and performance-based earning potential. The Clinic Director will take full ownership of clinic success-driving patient acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and team development-while delivering high-quality chiropractic care. This position offers strong earning potential through a base salary plus profit share, with a pathway to multi-clinic leadership opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Clinic Leadership & Growth: Drive patient volume, retention, and revenue growth. Track performance metrics and implement improvement strategies. Execute community outreach and marketing initiatives. Maintain operational efficiency and clinic standards. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor clinic staff. Foster a high-performance, accountable team culture. Provide coaching and collaborate with centralized support teams. Patient Care & Experience: Deliver evidence-based chiropractic care using established protocols. Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans. Ensure high patient satisfaction, retention, and compliant documentation. Qualifications: Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution. Active Washington State chiropractic license (or eligibility). 2+ years of clinical experience preferred. Leadership or team management experience preferred. Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset. Coachable and adaptable to structured systems. Thrives in a high-growth, accountability-focused environment. Preferred: Clinic management or director-level experience. History of exceeding revenue or growth targets. Community outreach or event marketing experience. Comfortable with performance-based compensation models.
