Assistant Project Manager

Hiring for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) Multi-Family Construction to support the Project Manager in coordinating schedules, documentation, and project activities for ground-up wood-frame multifamily projects. Job Description: Assist the Project Manager in managing various phases of construction projects including take-offs, estimating support, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation. Support the implementation of contract terms in accordance with established systems, policies, and procedures. Help track project schedules and assist in coordinating construction activities to keep projects on schedule. Work closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and field operations team to ensure the project aligns with plans, specifications, and company quality standards. Support the Project Manager in coordinating schedules, documentation, and project activities for ground-up wood-frame multifamily projects. Qualifications : 2-4+ years of experience in construction project coordination or Assistant Project Manager role, preferably in wood-frame multifamily construction. Basic knowledge of construction techniques and project management processes. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in computer and relevant software applications including Procore and Microsoft Office.
