Billing Specialist ? Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) ? $50,000-$60,000 We're partnering with one of our top manufacturing clients to find a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support invoice preparation and billing activities across multiple business areas. In this role, you will help ensure customer invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with internal standards, while working closely with internal teams to resolve questions and improve processes. This is a hybrid position with four days in the office and Fridays remote. What You'll Do As the Billing Specialist: • Prepare and process customer invoices using the company's internal billing system. • The Billing Specialist will review shipment and pricing details to ensure invoices are accurate and complete. • Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve billing discrepancies. • Maintain organized billing records and assist with month-end close activities. • The Billing Specialist will respond to internal and customer inquiries related to billing. • Support process improvements and special projects within the accounting team. What We're Looking For in a Billing Specialist: • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, customer-focused approach. • Prior billing, accounting, or administrative experience is a plus.
