Key ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site maintenance, repairs, and installations of various types of engines and related equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks and services Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Calibrate and adjust engines and equipment for optimal performance Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job Provide technical support and guidance to customers and less experienced technicians Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in service vehicle Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs Qualifications2-20 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role Proven expertise in ENGINE maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting Strong background in industrial maintenance Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent; technical school degree or relevant certifications preferred Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions Detailed Role Description As a Full-time Traveling Field Service Technician, you will be the face of our company, providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients across various locations.
