Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager / Utilization Review / CDI Location: Syracuse, NY Job Type: Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Compensation: Local Rate: Up to $2,000 per week (based on experience) Travel Rate: Up to $2,900 per week (based on experience) Schedule: Day Shift Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 8.5-hour shifts (42.5 hours per week) Job Summary: "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support Case Management, Utilization Review, and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) in an acute care hospital setting. The RN will coordinate patient care, assist with utilization review, and help ensure accurate clinical documentation while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: Perform patient assessments, discharge planning, and care coordination Conduct utilization reviews to ensure appropriate use of healthcare resources Support clinical documentation improvement initiatives Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to improve patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS certification Minimum 1.5 years of recent experience in acute care hospital case management or similar setting Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Strong communication and organizational skills For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
