Senior Technical Project Manager Remote Join a forward-thinking company that is revolutionizing customer service technology. We are seeking a talented Senior Technical Project Manager to spearhead software delivery across diverse engineering teams. This dynamic role focuses on structured planning, hybrid methodologies, and proactive risk management to drive predictable outcomes and ensure alignment with stakeholders. We offer flexibility for W2 and corp-to-corp consultants. W2 Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with various engineering teams, each comprising around 25 members, to effectively plan and execute software projects. Create detailed project plans from inception utilizing Smartsheet or similar tools. Establish and manage project milestones, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. Identify, assess, and manage project risks to safeguard timelines and deliverables. Facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts through effective communication and negotiation. Operate within a hybrid framework that integrates Waterfall and Agile, coordinating Scrum teams primarily using Jira. Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking. Experience Requirements: 5 to 8 years of project management experience within a software development environment. Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up and manage projects with minimal supervision. Strong comprehension of the Software Development Life Cycle. Experience working within a Project Management Office or similar structure. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft Excel. Ability to thrive in a fully remote work setting.
