PROOF OF US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREDfalse false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Proposal and Pricing Analyst Hybrid - Flexible Schedule SUMMARY: Supports the proposal development process, across all stages, for programs awarded to the company. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Proposal and Pricing Analyst will perform all duties to support bid lifecycle, including: Supporting Pre-Contract Award Responsible for RFP/RFQ/RFI's Perform cost estimates following standardized cost templates Forecasting materials availability Perform Competitive Analysis/Financial Analysis May interface or collaborate on contract matters such as Contingencies Responsible for Quotations, and assisting with sales orders as needed Ensuring compliance to customer tender docs Interface with internal stakeholders to complete bid preparation, and obtain necessary approvals Aid in developing proposal and marketing elements, including: assembling proposal books, RFP's/RFQ's, documentation, and other customer communications During-Contract Award Gathering cost information from a variety of sources (internal departments, external sub-contractors, etc.) and verify contract terms have been costed appropriately Responsible for researching and implementing cost data, costing, and cost allocation Preparation of customer forms Conducting strategy pricing meetings with executives, reporting on the status of items, etc. Post-Contract Award Responsible for timely and compliant completion of Change Orders/Amendments/Addendums Maintain domestic, international, and government files according to standard procedures Perform all work in compliance to applicable standards and customer tender requirements Perform ad hoc projects as required by Programs, Marketing, or other Departments QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrate high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, macros, formatting, etc.) Able to quickly learn and become proficient in SAP/ERP/MRP systems. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field or 2+ years of equivalent experience. REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to pass a U.S. government background check investigation. Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
